Interautomatika offers high-quality process analysis solutions made by one of the leading manufacturers Hamilton. We can offer a wide range of conductivity meters, pH electrodes, pH controllers, dissolved oxygen meters, and other instruments that meet the customer‘s needs while working with biopharmaceuticals and manufacturing. Our goal is to deliver new real-time sensing technologies that provide reliable data, which helps improve the user‘s understanding of the process. Hamilton process sensors are well known for their high quality, durability, unique features, and competitive pricing. In order to meet customer expectations, Hamilton‘s research and development team is constantly looking for new ways to improve their sensors.

pH meters

pH (hydrogen ion concentration) and ORP (oxidation-reduction potential) are important parameters for measuring and controlling many liquid processes. Hamilton pH and ORP sensors are suitable for use in all bioprocesses and many industries that require high sensor accuracy and reliability. Hamilton is one of the few process sensor manufacturers with several pH membrane glass housing options and reference designs to tailor the probe to a specific application.

Dissolved oxygen measurement

In biological processes such as fermentation and cell culture, dissolved oxygen is critical for maintaining proper cell growth. In industrial processes where corrosion is a concern, oxygen is often limited. Online oxygen measurement allows for real-time control of dissolved oxygen at a pre-set point or process that causes oxygen seepage.

Conductivity measurement

Conductivity is a general measurement of dissolved acids, bases, salts, and other dissolved solids in a liquid solution. Electrical conductivity is a good indicator of the purity (or lack thereof) of a fluid. For this reason, it is commonly used to measure pure water to determine the presence of contaminants. Conductivity is also an effective measure of acid or base concentration. The relationship between the addition of acid or base concentration to pure water can be plotted on a well-defined conductivity versus concentration curve. These measurements are often used to create solutions such as NaOH for on-site cleaning.
